Sweet purple jam (halaya)

Ubeng halaya is a dessert popular to Filipino served on mostly every party, especially during fiesta and Christmas. It is the all time favorite desserts of the Filipino even abroad. You should keep on stirring form start to end to have a thick and nice halaya but this part is not easy to do. However this dessert really taste good, you can try it!
Ingredients:
o 1 kilo ube, boiled and grated
o 2 cups coconut milk
o 2 cups evaporated milk
o 1 ¼ cups sugar
o butter for greasing
Procedure:
1. In a bottomed pan, combine grated ube, coconut
milk, evaporated milk and sugar.
2. Cook over medium fire until very thick. Stir
constantly to prevent sticking.
3. Mold in greased pans. Cool.

Chicken adobo is one of the famous adobo versions that catch the taste of every family world wide. Pork adobo is another good adobo recipe. Every family has their own way of cooking this recipe. There are four basic ingredients of both recipes: vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, and dried bay leaves.
Try this adobo recipe
Ingredients
§ 1 1/2 lbs pork chopped or 1 1/2
lbs chicken, cut into serving pieces
§ 1 1/2 lbs chicken, cut into
serving pieces
§ 4 pieces dried bay leaves
§ 2 teaspoons whole pepper
§ 1 garlic crushed
§ 6 tablespoons vinegar
§ 3/4 to 1 cup soy sauce
§ 2 cups water
§ Salt to taste
§ 3 tablespoons cooking oil
Cooking
Procedure
1.
Boil the
chicken or pork together with the garlic until slightly tender
2.
Add whole
peppercorn, bay leaves and soy sauce.
3.
Pour-in
vinegar and let boil. Simmer until most of the liquid evaporates.
4.
Add salt
to taste.
5.
Serve.

Pizza recipe

Pizza Ingredients:
8 red tomatoes
salt, pepper
thyme and rosemary
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Pizza Procedures:
1.
In boiling water drop the tomatoes and after 2 second wash the tomatoes in
running water so you can take off the skin and take off the seeds.
2.
In an electric mixer, start by tossing in the thyme and rosemary, and then add
the garlic.
3.
Put all the tomatoes, the olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
Pizza
Toppings
Chicken flakes meat
1 small shallots
1 teaspoon of curry powder
salt
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of pineapple chunks
1 onion sliced
1 red pepper
1 cup of cheese
Pizza
Procedures:
1.
Sauté
first the chicken flakes in olive oil with shallots for about 3 minutes add the
curry powder.
2.
Deglaze the chicken with 1 tablespoon of lemon
juice then add a bit of salt then turn of the fire.
3.
Spread
over the pizza tomato sauce prepared over the pizza dough.
4.
Arrange
the chicken flakes alternately with onion, red pepper and cheese. Sprinkle it
with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 200° Celsius.

Avocado
Avocado is one of my favorite fruit; actually I’m a fruit
lover. I love this fruit because of its taste and it is the most nutritious of
all fruit for what I know.
Its benefits are:
Oral Cancer Defense
Some of the compounds in avocado are
able to seek out cancerous cells and destroy without any side effects it is
according to a research.
Breast Cancer Protection
Avocado has olive oil, olive oil shown
to prevent breast cancer in numerous studies.
Eye Health
Avocados have more of the carotenoid lutein and Lutein protects against macular
degeneration and cataracts, two disabling age-related eye diseases.
Lower Cholesterol
Avocados are high in beta-sitosterol, this compound shown to lower cholesterol
levels. In one study, 45 volunteers experienced an average drop in cholesterol
of 17% after eating avocados for only one week.
For the heart
One cup of avocado has 23% of the recommended daily value of folate. Studies
show that people who eat diets rich in folate have a much lower incidence of
